metal casting

For mass production, large parts and specific metal, production in metal casting technology as lost-wax or sand-mold casting with mold cost included, is more suitable and cost-effective.
Workshapes can make cast parts in this metals.
Cast parts can be finished with CNC machining and surface finishing (RAL - PANTONE spray painting, powder coating, burnishing, etc.).

injection molding

We use injection molding* of polymer materials (colored /transparent) and white or colored glass, for the production of parts in large or limited series, a technology advantageous both economically and qualitatively.
Polymer injection molded parts can be finished with matt or glossy surface paints (RAL - PANTONE).

3D print

3D printing allows us to produce parts in reduced or series quantities, in metals or polymeric materials.
The technologies we use, allow the fabrication of parts of all levels of shape complexity without any limits, including optimized shape  parts by topology optimization*  for weight and cost reduction.
Parts manufactured in 3D printing can be finished with matt or glossy surface paints  (RAL - PANTONE).
*engineering  cost included (costs policy)

CNC machining - finishes

Components can be manufactured entirely using CNC technology or, if made using other technologies (metal casting and 3D printing), they can be supplied complete with extremely high-precision CNC machining (drilling, threading, planing, etc.).
We can also supply the parts with the application of treatments (burnishing, galvanizing, anodizing, powder coating, etc.)
